    A First-Class Builder Becomes A Family Friend Through Renovation

    When Hap and Ann Lindell of Terrace Park were seeking a general contractor to renovate their contemporary 1975 home, only Steve Fletcher was able to answer the Lindell's question, "How long will the project take to complete?"

    Fletcher not only said he would give the Lindell's  their new space by Thanksgiving - he did it - and the couple hosted their family's Thanksgiving dinner that year.
