President
Fletcher Remodeling & Custom Homes was founded in Cincinnati in 1983 by Steve and Debbie Fletcher. Prior to that, both Steve and Debbie earned Bachelor of Science Degrees in Business Administration and gained significant business experience through employment with major corporation. From the beginning, they chose to follow a family building tradition which began with their grandfathers who were carpenters and continued with their fathers, whose careers were in purchasing and commercial construction.
Steve and Debbie's ambition was to have a company dedicated to distinctive designs, quality work, unsurpassed service and reasonable pricing. They have successfully combined their marketing and management skills with the highest standards of craftsmanship and have built a place for Fletcher Remodeling & Custom Homes in the community. Fletcher has achieved that rare combination of customer loyalty, dedicated employees, and an exceptional reputation that causes them to stand out in the community in which they live and work. |
